At present, our website now offers partial translations in 26 languages, with 5 of them being fully translated by native speakers in close collaboration with our technical team, ensuring precise and clear translations of all technical terms and descriptions. This allows clients from these countries to use our services without any issues.

You can set the language either in the website header (this will translate only the website's text) or in your account settings (this will translate both the website text and all notifications sent to you via email/Telegram).

However, we still encounter users who overlook the language selection feature. In most cases, we’ve solved this issue by automatically setting the site language based on the user’s GeoIP, but even this doesn’t always help due to VPNs or the user being in a different country for various reasons. In these cases, the browser's auto-translate feature may kick in, and while some browsers translate fairly well, stumbling only over technical terms, there are also some particularly problematic browsers that translate absolutely everything. As a result, users end up writing to “поддержка@клаудцентер.овх” with the complaint that "your website is unclear". In such cases, tracking down the inquiry becomes nearly impossible until the user finds the ticket button on the site or the Telegram icon amidst the confusion.

It's encouraging that over the past year, we’ve drastically reduced the number of such inquiries, making them rare, whereas this issue used to arise very frequently.
