HO.GE’s servers are hosted in the Proservice.ge data center – the largest and most reliable data center in Georgia, built in 2019 to international Tier III standards. Proservice is Georgia’s first hosting provider, operating since 1999. The company has earned a reputation as an industry leader, and its data center has become a benchmark for reliability in the region.

The Tier III classification means that the data center meets strict reliability standards:

• Redundancy for all critical systems, including power supply, cooling, and internet connectivity.

Sometimes we receive clear, well-structured tickets. And sometimes the opposite: just “doesn’t work,” “I broke everything,” or even a blank message. Yes, at first we may not understand what’s wrong, but that’s no reason to leave someone alone with a problem.

We don’t close tickets with “unable to reproduce.” We don’t reply “describe it better and we’ll help.” We don’t block support—as some hosts do—because a request isn’t “in the proper format.”

We still dig in: ask questions, check logs, log in to the panel if needed. Sometimes it takes a bit more time; sometimes we guess what you meant only on the third try. But the main thing is—we don’t go silent. We never pretend you “don’t exist” if you wrote something “wrong.”

Sure, we don’t write huge chunks of code for clients. But if you send a command with a typo, we’ll fix it. Missed a “;” in the config? We’ll find it. Wrong IP? We’ll point it out. These things are simple for us, and we handle them calmly—not out of courtesy, but because we genuinely care that everything works for you.

We’re not perfect. Sometimes things don’t work for us on the first try either. But we honestly strive to make sure you don’t have to stress.
